We are the data controller for the processing of your personal data in accordance with this policy.

a) Through our product – Digital Guide – “the device”

• Location data (GPS)
• Device status information: battery level, temperature, software version, WiFi information, error reports, and more
• User’s saved routes (if consent is given)

This information is stored on a server at Loopia AB in Sweden. It is used to enable navigation, support, troubleshooting, and improvement of the service.

Location sharing may occur:

• With a relative or authority upon request
• With third parties for improved accuracy (RTK/differential-GPS)

b) Through our mobile apps (iOS and Android)

• Location data
• Camera and photo library: Photos are stored locally on the phone
• Background activity: Android background service
• In-app maps: Powered by Leaflet (OpenStreetMap)
• Metadata: Language and feature settings from the device
